At rhenag, we place great emphasis on integrity and responsibility in our dealings with colleagues, business partners, shareholders, and the public. Violations of applicable law, our internal compliance policies, and our Code of Conduct are not tolerated.

You can report instances of non-compliance to us through our whistleblower system. This service is technically managed by the independent AdvoWhistle on secure servers in Germany. Processing is handled exclusively by rhenag's Compliance Department.

Please only report information that you are convinced is accurate. False or misleading information may have consequences, as intentionally spreading false information can be illegal. For all other customer inquiries, please contact: info@rhenag.de

No Secrets - Let Us Know


Your reports are received and processed exclusively by the responsible personnel of the internal reporting office. They handle your tips with absolute confidentiality. After your report, a secure mailbox will be set up for you, through which we can remain in confidential or, if desired, anonymous dialogue with you. You help us greatly by activating this mailbox.

The system does not store IP addresses and uses no tracking tools. It is not possible to trace back to you unless you provide information that allows conclusions about your identity. Even if you provide your name, the handlers will maintain the confidentiality of your identity in accordance with legal requirements.
